excellent customer service There was a problem with my order and Shane Lee, took ownership of the problem. He helped me through the process of finding another tire option. If you have a reward program for your employees I strongly suggest you see that he is rewarded. You might say "well he was just doing his job" but your center is made that much better by people like Shane. He took what could have been a poor situation and turned into very good outcome. IG Toyota took great care of me. I scheduled a oil change because with a 4 month old it's tough to find time. I installed a set of shocks prior to my visit and heard a clunking sound I scheduled a oil change because with a 4 month old it's tough to find time. I installed a set of shocks prior to my visit and heard a clunking sound while driving. When I arrived I let Jake know that and he was on it. Scheduled an alignment with a specialist since there wad now a lift on the truck. He even arranged a Rav 4 as my loaner so I would have more room for my carseat. Only charged me 1/2 of labor to torque down the cam bolts which were loose. Great experience. More
