My feedback I have always received good service at Inver Grove Toyota but on Wednesday I brought in my Highlander because the maintenance light was on. Reason was I have always received good service at Inver Grove Toyota but on Wednesday I brought in my Highlander because the maintenance light was on. Reason was for rotating tires. The person signing me in was totally confused when it came to tell me if my car was ready.he set off alarms in my mind telling me my bushings in the back were bad, ok I said but should that be covered by my 36000 warranty? He did know and would check it out. Another alarm was I was presented with a bill for $600+ for new tires. Both times I wasn’t the owner of this vehicle. He had to ask my name at least 3 times. Given the weather I realize the service garage was busy but come on I was beginning to feel like this was a lost cause. I also asked about the back wiper because I couldn’t get water to clean the window off. This was past onto another service tech. She took care of that, my mistake and then made sure I indeed could get the water to come out. Thank you, for not laughing at me. More

Great service...fast and friendly I was able to get in for an oil change on the same day I called and the service was prompt and actually took less time than I expected.
