Honest car service After having my car not start one day, I had it towed to the nearest car repair shop. They looked at it and called me saying that my timing chain brok After having my car not start one day, I had it towed to the nearest car repair shop. They looked at it and called me saying that my timing chain broke and destroyed my engine resulting in the need for a new engine (among other things) and a bill for $5,800! After realizing that my Toyota was still under warranty, I had it towed to Inver Grove Toyota for a second opinion. After looking my car over, Mike contacted me with the news that there was nothing wrong with my car! Timing chain and engine all running perfectly. So, the non-start is a mystery, but I am thrilled that an honest service center looked at it and didn't make up reasons for me to spend thousands of dollars! Thank you very much! I will be back for my service needs! More

He gained instant credibility with us and will now be our trusted advisor for service work moving forward. He didn't try to "sell us" which has happened before and heightened our defensive mechanisms when ever we receive service either here or at other locations/mechanics.
