The Usual Fine Job I'm always impressed by service and staff at IGT, and latest visit was good too. Nice touch to offer popcorn and cookies while waiting. Work got done, including recall service, in less than 90 minutes. Appreciated staff urging tire replacement and offering good bid, but not being too pushy. I'll probably buy tires from you guys next time I'm in, as a result of this. One small suggestion, this is the second time we've been in when car wash was not offered. Reason given was that it was too cold (about 5 degrees) but other car washes all over town were open, and I ended up having to pay $18 at Mister Car Wash on Robert Street. More

Efficient, courteous service My car's battery went dead in a Home Depot parking lot, so I called IHG Toyota and asked whether they could fit me in once I got jump-started. No prob My car's battery went dead in a Home Depot parking lot, so I called IHG Toyota and asked whether they could fit me in once I got jump-started. No problem, they said. Fortunately, I found a good Samaritan to get my car started and drove directly tot he dealership. Not only was the work done in a timely fashion; the service folks were all very polite and didn't try to "sell" me on anything I didn't need. Furthermore, when I inquired about any specials, I was informed that their website did have a list of specials, which I was able to take good advantage of. This experience adds to a string of great experiences with IGH Toyota, beginning with the purchase of my 2015 Corolla LE in May of 2017. More

They addressed all my other questions and took the time to clean my headlights and wiper blades. All of the employees were very nice to work with. More

Everything I expected I came in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. At check-in, they gave me a discount price that was currently being offered, I didn't know about it and didn't have to ask for it. During the oil change, they did a free vehicle inspection. The found I needed an alignment. I had them do it since my tires were still pretty new. Turned out the alignment was needed more than they originally thought from the basic inspection. All work was done timely, at a very fair price, and the service representative was courteous in all phases of the visit. Some may not like the free vehicle inspection, but I do. You can always tell them you don't want something fixed, but at least you know when something is starting to wear and may need repair. More
