My partner was very happy to be able to get out of her lease 2 months early if she purchased a new car. Ramon Tosca stated that she wouldn't have to pay those last payments and not to worry about the ove lease 2 months early if she purchased a new car. Ramon Tosca stated that she wouldn't have to pay those last payments and not to worry about the overage on the milage. They would take care of it. It did sound too good to be true, and I guess it was because 3 weeks after purchasing a new vehicle she received a bill for $2,100 from Toyota Financial for mileage overage and for the extra set of keys that she, in fact, DID return. She was interested in a Prius C, the inexpensive Prius. Ramon misled us and said it was really hard to get a Prius C because they couldn't ever keep them on the lot. In a future conversation with Amanda, the manager, she said this simply wasn't true. That if my partner wanted a Prius C, they would've found a way. Too late. She already bought a Prius V and signed the papers. Amanda wasn't able to do anything for us after the fact unless my partner wanted to take a $6,000 hit. I guess she did do something, she told us to go out for dinner and send her the receipt. That was it. We are Wisconsin residents. The woman working in Finance when talking about WI law regarding license plates stated "That is the only good thing about Wisconsin" and "Sorry, I just can't stand your governor." It was very unprofessional and left us speechless. We were purchasing a vehicle, not having a political discussion. Ramon Tosca, the salesman, continually ripped on another dealership in the Twin Cities area, Walser Toyota. We found this to be very unprofessional as well. I also find it interesting that Ramon talked up the vechile and warranty. Yet, the Finance woman when trying to sell extra warranties started talking down the vehicle and how much it's going to cost to replace parts and how the warranty doesn't cover much. This was a very bad experience and I really wish it could've been resolved. More

I was shopping for a 2012 Sienna of a specific color exterior and interior. Many dealers offered prices $200 to $300 above "dealer invoice". Linda's offer was several hundred under any other dealer. I reserved the minivan with a credit card via the telephone. Linda said she would have the vehicle ready the next day. I was able to arrange a ride for Friday, Linda's day off. She offered to come in that Friday so she could meet me and take care of any issues to complete the purchase. After the purchase, Linda has been in frequent contact with me as have several people from the dealership via telephone and email. They always ask if I have any problems, to please let them know so they can take care of them. Linda has significant product knowledge that I have not found in other Toyota salespeople. No problems so far, the Sienna performs extremely well and the experience I have had with Inver Grove Toyota and especially with Linda and her pleasant and up front method of selling will bring me back. I will also recommend Linda extremely strongly. She is one of the best salespeople with her knowledge and openness that I have ever worked with. More
Linda (sales) and Jenny (parts and accessories) were great to work with. The sale was smooth and straight-forward. I was given fair market value for my trade. I live in Montana and called Bridget for some help and advice on a new Tacoma: she was recommended to me by a friend who lives in the cities. Even knowing that she would probably not get a sale out of helping me she went above and beyond to do so anyways. She was incredibly knowledgeable, truthful and so helpful with the whole process. I only wish I lived in Minnesota so I could have bought the vehicle from her. More

Customer service was great up to the point of us leaving the deposit and ordered it - then non - existent. I had to call numerous times to find the status of the car. But the worst came during attempted trade - in and signing of the papers. We had a appointment with Bridget - but she still had us wait for an hour before we talk to her (she had other possible clients). For trade in and signing - all the information was supplied to the dealership - but none was entered in, thus another 1.5 hours before they gave me ridiculously low price for trade in and another hour before papers were signed. And the lowest point came during final delivery. We had 3 adults and 2 kids with us and again we had an appointment. We waited 2 hours for Bridget to see us despite numerous attempts to find somebody not that busy (she was again busy with potential customers). Finance office was great - fast and efficient. Bottom line - if price is utmost important - great dealership. Maybe I just was unlucky - coming during busy time. More

It was raining the day we were there and they had 2 men standing at the door with umbrellas...how cool was that. Looking forward to going back for the free cooffe, oil change and tire rotation and of course seeing Pat, Wayne and Jessica in the finance dept ( I think that was her name). Our experience overall was fantastic just like the new Toyota we purchased. Thanks everyone......you guys are awesome. More
