Very poor experience - the dealership self-destructed. I visited this dealership on Saturday, January 31 just after noon to purchase a 2015 Toyota Corolla for my wife. Prior to this I spent the previous tw I visited this dealership on Saturday, January 31 just after noon to purchase a 2015 Toyota Corolla for my wife. Prior to this I spent the previous two months researching the various models and options, discussing with my wife. On Saturday we were in agreement as to which model and options we desired. When I arrived I was paired with Fred Rich, who did an excellent job describing the various features and demonstrating how to use them, an example being using the Bluetooth hands-free to make telephone calls. Fred was outstanding; very patient and knowledgeable. Once Fred and I agreed upon a price, the trouble began. All I wanted was to purchase the vehicle and leave. If I had been accommodated, I would have that vehicle in my garage at this moment. Unfortunately, this did not come to pass because other employees, in a colloquial sense “couldn’t let it go” and though I was very specific that I wanted to sign and be on my way and kept trying to sell me things I did not want, even though I was very vocal that I did not want any additional items; wanting to just purchase the vehicle and go. I mentioned several times that I have an Autistic son with a Service Dog and I did not want to spent any additional time than was necessary. Fred and I had agreed on a price, so I was ready to wrap it up and leave. It was the behavior of Jenny Schaffhausen that was the last straw. I told her even before she began speaking that I had no more time (It was now almost 3 PM) and that I was not interested in anything other than purchasing the vehicle and leaving. Ignoring me, she simply talked the dealership out of the sale. I told Fred that though I appreciated his time, the sale was off and I thanked him and left. Jenny and Greg should apologize to Fred for costing him this sale. Inexcusable. I then purchased the identical vehicle from Mike Dockendorf for nearly $800 less. More

Mine was down for the count so we decided to make the call and get me a car that wasn't old enough for me to take out for a beer. We talked it over and decided that the 2014 Camry was a great deal for us so we made the drive from Maple Grove to IGT and were in and out in about 2 hours. The car was ready and waiting for us with a full tank of gas. I am 100% satisfied with the service we received and the car itself and will be staying with Greg, Jim, and IGT for the long haul. I am very happy I made the call (even though I was, admittedly, intimidated by the whole idea) and I just want to say thank you to Jim and Greg for helping us get the car we needed at the price we could afford. Toyota Prius All The Way I recently took my 2014 Toyota, Prius with all the bells and whistles, to Inver Grove Toyota to see if they could get me out of the high payments and I recently took my 2014 Toyota, Prius with all the bells and whistles, to Inver Grove Toyota to see if they could get me out of the high payments and into a lower-priced Prius. Well, guess what, they did just that. I was able to lower my payment by almost $150, so I was delighted. I'm now into a 2010 Prius and achieved what I wanted with help from Brian Schultz and Larry Corbin. They both worked very hard to make it happen. Everyone at Inver Grove Toyota was nice, polite and courteous to me and I appreciate them very much for all their work. Because of them, I was able to drive home in my "much-less-money-per-month" Prius. Thank you very much Inver Grove Toyota. More

We did all of our paperwork online so when we did come in everything was approved and ready to sign if we purchased the vehicle. We were looking at 3 vehicles that evening and we never once felt pressure from Dameon, he was very knowledgeable about the Camry's and very funny. He just made our experience with Toyota an Excellent one. They gave us the best value for our trade in and it was truly a fun and painless experience. There were no surprises when the final paperwork was delivered, Dameon got us in the vehicle at the price we needed to be at. I am loving my Camry :) More
Fine experience I was in a rush to get a new vehicle as mine had recently been totaled. I ended up with a used Toyota Highlander that we really like, only problem with this vehicle was that the inside was filthy, hadn't been cleaned. I mentioned to my associate and he assured me that he'd facilitate a thourough detailing, when that happens I'll be 100% pleased. More

He helped me get exactly what I wanted for my trade in (2006 Toyota Solara). The F&I guy, Larry was also phenomenal to work with. I felt like everyone one involved with my purchase truly worked together as a team and really wanted my business. I buy cars every 2-3 years so Inver Grove Toyota will now be one of the few on my short list of dealerships to do more business with in the future. Thanks for a great car buying experience, guys! It was scary when I moved to MN having to pick a new place for service, but Inver Grove Toyota makes me feel like my car is at home and well taken care of. The facilities are clean, updated, free coffee and snacks while you wait, service is quick, etc... Everything you'd wish for in a service center. More
