Excellent service I leased a Honda Civic and absolutely hated it. I got stuck every snowfall last year. I wanted out of the lease and into an all wheel drive vehicle. I was only a year and four months into the lease, which made things difficult. The sales person I dealt with, Chuck, was amazing. He understood where I was coming from and didn't judge. He got me into the very last 2016 Rav4 on the lot. Now I know I won't get stuck this winter and my family will all fit. Thank you, Chuck, for all of your hard work. I really appreciate it. More

Stood by their repairs I brought my Toyota in for some major engine repair work. Afterwards, I noticed the car was running rough from time to time. IGH Toyota kept digging I brought my Toyota in for some major engine repair work. Afterwards, I noticed the car was running rough from time to time. IGH Toyota kept digging until they found a sensor that had been banged up during the engine work. Each time I brought my car in, the staff was friendly and helpful, provided us with a loaner car, and there was NO CHARGE and no haggling over the repairs.
