Even though they are not the closest Toyota dealer to me, I gladly drive 22 miles to Inver Grove Toyota, versus the two Toyota dealers that are much closer to me. The atmosphere is better; prices are reasonable; service is prompt; explanations are clear, and you are made to feel like an important customer regardless of the extent of service.
