The finance person who took care of us they gave us a percentage rate that was high so we asked if they could get a lower rate they said let me look and she went to check Toyota and got a lower percentage rate. they should have Given us the best percentage rate to fulfill our needs as a customer they should have checked all the Bank percentage rates. if we did not mention it we would have been paying a higher percentage rate. Thats why I gave the poor review but other than that it would have been a 5 star* I give Chuck a 5* rating! More

Even though they are not the closest Toyota dealer to me, I gladly drive 22 miles to Inver Grove Toyota, versus the two Toyota dealers that are much closer to me. The atmosphere is better; prices are reasonable; service is prompt; explanations are clear, and you are made to feel like an important customer regardless of the extent of service. When I am ready to buy another Toyota, Inver Grove is where I will go first. More
