Shout out to Chuck the Chucker I stopped by InverGroves Heights Toyota a month ago on a search for a nice used Toyota. I was a bit undecided what vehicle would be the perfect choice I stopped by InverGroves Heights Toyota a month ago on a search for a nice used Toyota. I was a bit undecided what vehicle would be the perfect choice for my wife and I so I test drove a RAV4 to get a feel of the drivability and size. It was a busy Saturday and I wasn't ready to buy but Chuck never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I test drove a Prius V from another local dealer the same day who flat out told me I should come back when it's slower in the middle of the week for test drives. So I felt really comfortable in dealing with Chuck Paciorek and wanted to give him my business which I did. yes I'm very happy in dealing with this dealership because of Chuck. Thank you! More

After negotiating the price down a little(they do still have to make a profit), it was a simple process signing off on finances and then we had ourselves a brand new car! Service Center - Steve is the best I can not say enough great stuff about the team here. I wanted my 2012 Rav 4 looked at (last minute)-not only did the get me n right away for my oil change and check out my A/C they replaced a couple things that they suggested and to top it all off - Steve (service manager) gave me quite the deal. I am ususally not a mean person to customer service people as dealing with the public is not easy. So I felt quite remorseful and did apologize but when he told me what he was doing for me I started to cry. What an awesome experience and they will for sure will have my loyalty and business. Great group of people. More
