Routine Maintenance I would normally give Toyota service 5 stars. However, my most recent visit was only 4/5 stars. I was charged for a tire rotation...The tires were p I would normally give Toyota service 5 stars. However, my most recent visit was only 4/5 stars. I was charged for a tire rotation...The tires were purchased at Inver Grove Toyota and rotations should be free. My husband caught this after I returned home. Also, I was told the wait time would be approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. After almost 2 hours I went to inquire about my vehicle.....it had been done for awhile. Apparently the keys and paper work were placed in the wrong area after the car wash. More

Welcoming and very prompt! I brought in my vehicle (Toyota Highlander - 2017) for a 1st scheduled service (after 5000 miles). Great work! The staff are VERY customer oriented. Mine was a standard oil and filter change and tire rotation. My tires are due so they provided me with wear in The staff are VERY customer oriented. They did an over all inspection and let me choose which (if any) services I wanted during this visit - not pushy at all. The popcorn and cookies in the waiting area are a plus. More
