My only negative is that the car was not thoroughly cleaned prior to me picking it up. It is my fault for not looking it over good prior to my departure and only noticed the lack of certain things after I got home. (smudges on interior surfaces that needed special attention, glue on areas where stickers and such were removed (especially on the rims which I still have not gotten off)). Also, not knowing the vehicle thoroughly. I purchased a rear shade when the vehicle came with one that is stored in the rear compartment. I will get reimbursed, I'm just saying! More

Unexpected upgrade As I was waiting for my 2010 Venza to be worked on, I decided to take a little walk into the show room and see if I could find a car that was not all As I was waiting for my 2010 Venza to be worked on, I decided to take a little walk into the show room and see if I could find a car that was not all-wheel-drive, that was comparable to the Venza. Chuck, one of the salesmen, greeted me and listened about my concerns and what I was thinking about doing in the fall in terms of retreat in my car in for something newer. Having some bad experiences with all wheel drive, I wanted to avoid that. While Chuck and I were talking, another salesman (Darin?) chimed in and said that a 2017 highlander was just made available, so Chuck and I took it for a test drive, and I ended up purchasing it. Chuck was extremely professional and very thorough, and very pleasant to work with. I didn't feel like I was being bamboozled, or manipulated in anyway. I am pleased with the deal we made it, and really happy with my new vehicle! More

They have been honest, easy to work with and I have been going to Inver Grove Toyota since I bought my Toyota in 2005. I will never go anywhere else. They have been honest, easy to work with and have always repaired my car to my satisfaction. It to this day runs like a top! Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier. Being a single woman....honesty is very important to me. They only fix what needs to be fixed or do what needs to be done. Nothing more. That is a big factor for me as I have been taken to the cleaners by other establishments before. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a honest, friendly dealership. I have recently had some engine light issues. My service advisor, Mike Ivey and one of the technicians worked long and hard on trying to find the answer to my engine light problem. Ended up finding the answers needed to repair my car and did so. They were very fair on what they charged me and even gave me a rental car while my car was in the shop. Couldn't be more pleased with how I was treated. More
