Sienna Purchase Dean Rothenbacher did a great job working with us. We called looking for a specific Sienna and he had great follow- through and was ready for us when we got there with our leased vehicle the next day. He was efficient and didn’t make us wait and negotiate much for the final price of the van- negotiating can be an unappealing part of purchasing a vehicle. He moved quickly when paper work was completed and had good knowledge of what to do. Dean was a great listener to what we were looking for and even that it was our anniversary and we didn’t want to spend much time picking up our new van. He also did a great job explaining technology components of the van and walking us through the intricacies if the new vehicle that could have been confusing without explanations of how they work. He also asked good questions and answering them knowledgeably. Great customer service all the way around- on paperwork too. While we usually buy from a dealer closer to home we would definitely return to buy from Dean and recommend him and your dealership. More

Excellent service! I have been a Toyota driver for over thirty years. Twelve of those I was a devoted service customer of another dealership, until they attributed my co I have been a Toyota driver for over thirty years. Twelve of those I was a devoted service customer of another dealership, until they attributed my complaints of the driveability of a brand new Toyota as essentially being psychosomatic. It was at that point that I became a loyal Inver Grove Toyota service customer. Not only did they listen to me, they spent time with me to diagnose, pointed me to service bulletins, and greatly improved my complaints so much that it is 100% improvement. We bring both of our Toyota vehicles to IGH Toyota for ALL service. It is no longer a customer relationship, I feel that they are family, and our vehicles their children. John, Steve, Mary and Scott have been TREMENDOUS! I am a loyal customer and rave about you to everyone. Thank you! More

Always exceeds my expectations There was a man from Iowa who had been towed into the service area the day I had my car in for service. He was complaining about the amount of time i There was a man from Iowa who had been towed into the service area the day I had my car in for service. He was complaining about the amount of time it would take to repair his car. He came over to me and started to go on about 'waiting' and I told him he was very lucky to have been towed into IG Toyota for repair because it is the best in the Twin Cities area. To my surprise, another customer, sitting nearby added that he, too, thought it was the best. I guess the guy from Iowa felt we ganged up on him because at that point, he just walked away. Obviously all of your regular customers are spoiled rotten. As for the service I received, it was superb but that is exactly what I have come to expect. More
sold me alemon dealership sold me a lemon.leased a new 2017highlander. broke down 5 or 6 times at least. in arbitration employee john lied to arbitrator. they do not dealership sold me a lemon.leased a new 2017highlander. broke down 5 or 6 times at least. in arbitration employee john lied to arbitrator. they do not note my concerns e.g. electronic issues ( therefore not on record). last time when the car was towed in again i again also mentioned the electronic concerns. nothing was done and 7 miles after driving the car out of the service area they appeared again. thanks god i made pictures of all of these issues and have witnesses customer service is unacceptably rude when having a service issue. dealership has so far refused to work with toyota usa to return this car as a lemon. one time car was in dealership nearly a month. they claimed they called me earlier but after reviewing my phone records there was no call and no voice mail.strange More
