I’m not crazy about buying used cars because I’ve got burned in the past. I drove the car, my granddaughter drove the car and I had the car checked out. Dean was excellent to work with, not pushy or aggressive. Even a friend of mine has leased 4 Toyota’s and I asked her about service and she said service was great. I also read the reviews online. Most of the reviews for IGH Toyota dealership were 4-5 stars. I hope this used car for my granddaughter proves to be a great car. I told Dean I like the Camry’s and would come back to him for that purchase when I’m ready. Dean deserves the 5 star rating which I gave him. He is an asset to your dealership. Repair of my 2017 Highlander I had some major work to be done which took longer than expected. Mike was very helpful in the service dept. I was taking a 10 day trip north for some I had some major work to be done which took longer than expected. Mike was very helpful in the service dept. I was taking a 10 day trip north for some skiing and needed a 4Wheel drive I received it the day after I asked for it. Mike was great! He was no pressure, honest, accommodating in all my requests and made the purchase easy. As a woman buying a car, he treated me like a professional that I am, and I appreciated that.
