Sienna Purchase Dean Rothenbacher did a great job working with us. We called looking for a specific Sienna and he had great follow- through and was ready for us when Dean Rothenbacher did a great job working with us. He was efficient and didn’t make us wait and negotiate much for the final price of the van- negotiating can be an unappealing part of purchasing a vehicle. He moved quickly when paper work was completed and had good knowledge of what to do. Dean was a great listener to what we were looking for and even that it was our anniversary and we didn’t want to spend much time picking up our new van. He also did a great job explaining technology components of the van and walking us through the intricacies if the new vehicle that could have been confusing without explanations of how they work. He also asked good questions and answering them knowledgeably. Great customer service all the way around- on paperwork too. While we usually buy from a dealer closer to home we would definitely return to buy from Dean and recommend him and your dealership. More
