Big mistake The service center took out the two car seats in my vehicle for what needed to be done. No one told me that I should take out the seats. I am not the expert, so if the seats were in the way, I should have been informed. After service was completed, I was given my summary paperwork and my keys. Nothing on that summary nor did the person who gave my keys told me anything about my car seats being taken out. You make a big show of telling me when I don’t have toyota floor mats, but undo my car seats, put them in the same spots I keep them in making me think all is fine and say NOTHING about you having taken them out. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been a customer since 2015, but now, if I can’t trust you to communicate something as important as this, I sure don’t think I can trust anything else you have to say about my vehicle. More
