Service records used in friendly way I recently took my Prius 3 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service rep reminded me oil had been changed and didn't need it. They rotated my tires, alerted me to a sale on wipers, and replaced the battery in my fob--all in a timely manner and without a prior appointment. Fees were reasonable for a dealership. Would recommend service department. More
