She also had the foresight to grab my sunglasses from my car as it was a very bright day, and also found a coupon for me to cut back a bit of the cost. More

Never again I paid top dollar for a used corolla for my daughter with the expectation the car did not have any issues. Within a month I had a $500 repair bill. When I outreached to the dealership twice and they did not even bother to respond. I would not recommend this dealership. Very poor customer service. Sad. I could not bring the car back to the dealership for the repair because it was over 500 miles away and would not have made the trip. It wasn't so much that I wanted assistance with the repair bill but some sort of acknowledgement would have been enough. The small purchases do not matter to this dealership. More
