Great Great Service When shopping for pre-owned car Inver Grove Honda was only our second stop when looking for a second family car, but after that we didn't need to keep looking. Research showed they h Inver Grove Honda was only our second stop when looking for a second family car, but after that we didn't need to keep looking. Research showed they had good sales and service 4-5 star from most reviewers and we have to agree. We had specific criteria and a limited selection of cars we'd look at. Ms. Wood Trout was infinitely patient. She kept offering us cars, each so close to what we wanted but we held out and as we started to drive away at closing that night we told them we'd be back the next day in case they got something else in. Just then another salesman called to us. Ms. Wood Trout told him to catch us and tell us about a trade in they had just gotten. He quoted us an amount at the top of our range, but acceptable. We knew they were scrupulous about checking trade ins for safety and performance and wouldn't sell anything with or without a warranty that didn't past muster. We said we'd call in the morning. When we reached her, Ms. Wood Trout explained that the car passed the safety check and had an impeccable service record but had a stain on the seats and some small chips in the paint which they wanted to fix before they'd sell it to us. The next time she called she told us that they weren't able to fix it with just buffing - they were sending it to the paint shop. It would be almost another week. So they lent us a free loaner. When we finally got the car it was gorgeous and at the price quoted. They have replaced hard sell techniques with great service. More
