Terry is great I needed some work that was possibly covered by the warranty where I purchased the car, Richfield Honda. I called and left a message for the individua I needed some work that was possibly covered by the warranty where I purchased the car, Richfield Honda. I called and left a message for the individual that takes care of this info. Shortly after phoning him, Terry called and said he got the info and everything would be taken care of. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and quickly. I commented to the service manager that Terry was top notch. I told Terry too. I will be bring my Pilot back to Terry because I could see he cared about his job. Richfield has a Caribou in the waiting area but there personal service is lacking. They seemed to believe that as a woman I didn’t know about cars. And, while I don’t know much, I found them patronizing. Thanks Terry and Inver Grove Honda. More

Time passes by fast in the lobby. I love the fact there is a children's play room. Newspapers and magazines are available. Looking at new models are also nice. Refreshments available.
