I called about my dead battery, was ecstatic to find it was covered under my warranty and that I could come right in that day. 2 hours later, I drove home and was chatting with a friend who also had to rep was covered under my warranty and that I could come right in that day. 2 hours later, I drove home and was chatting with a friend who also had to replace her battery in her Ford. My cost $0, her cost $120. Great service, great price! More

I was pleased with the service. I explained to Service Advisor Terrance Jones my dad had just passed away March 11, 2020 and I had inherited his Honda S2000. He expressed his condolences in a very though Advisor Terrance Jones my dad had just passed away March 11, 2020 and I had inherited his Honda S2000. He expressed his condolences in a very thoughtful manner and proceeded to answer all my questions in regard to caring for the car going forward. My favorite thing was when he had the car lifted and he and I walked under it and he explained things in greater detail. He too expressed I could call him anytime and went on to say if he didn’t know the answer to something he would figure it out. He made what was a hard thing to do quite simply easier. Service continues to be outstanding. Shuttle driver was extraordinarily courteous & I very much appreciated the pick up service so I didn’t have to sit in the lobby while I waited for service. Having my car serviced now was a big relief as I am still having to go in to work, so being able to accomplish this without going in to the dealership was huge.
