I called about my dead battery, was ecstatic to find it was covered under my warranty and that I could come right in that day. 2 hours later, I drove home and was chatting with a friend who also had to rep was covered under my warranty and that I could come right in that day. 2 hours later, I drove home and was chatting with a friend who also had to replace her battery in her Ford.
