I called Tim about my issue. He addressed my problem immediately, offering possible DIY fixes, suggestions for service, and cautions for driving with that issue. I called him three more times as I worke immediately, offering possible DIY fixes, suggestions for service, and cautions for driving with that issue. I called him three more times as I worked the problem. I could not so I brought it in. He took care of me immediately. I drove away 10 minutes later with a loaner and a promise for a quick callback. The news wasn't good when he called back, but he worked with me on the price, which helped ease the 'pain' of a large maintenance bill. The mechanics fixed the car in just over a day, and everything now works as it should. I was very satisfied with my experience. Service at the dealership is always more expensive, but over the past many years I have yet to be disappointed with the outcome. More
