My experience with Inver Grove Honda was amazing. The people there really care about you. I feel that if I ever have a problem I can go to them and they will take care of me and my car. This was my first car buying expirence and I was terified, hearing all the negative stories of how they will hoodwink you and leave you wondering what the heck happened! or what did I do! But I was so pleased with Grey Ingvalson he was such a pleasure to work with, no pressure- streight forward he had a great assortment of cars to show me in my price range, giving me the storie on each one, where it came from and the history. No other sales guys (10 other dealers) had all this knowledge with out looking at sheets and computers. The Inver grove has a awesome team, after Grey found me the perfect Crv and helped me with the paper work, they were busy in the business office and it was going to take 25-45 min. to sign all the papers so Grey showed me the dealerships serice, parts and other cool amenities. I purchased a vehicle from Grey when he worked at another dealership so when he changed dealerships it was a very easy decision to go to the new dealership to deal with him again. I told him what I wanted and the same day Grey got back to me with exactly what I had asked for. He texted me a picture of the truck and emailed me all the specs. I told Grey when I would be able to pick it up so he got the paper work started and the day I went to pick it up he had it there to test drive. The paper work took very little time to complete since he had it already started. While I was waiting other employees at the dealership asked if I was being helped and since I was asked if I needed anything else while I was waiting. Inver Grove Honda should be very proud of their dealership,Grey,and the other employees that made my experience a good one. I can't see going to another dealership or salesperson for my vehicle needs. More
