He was pleasant to deal with and answered all of our questions and concerns during the process. We purchased it late in the evening and he brought the car inside so we could view it under better lighting conditions and in warmth. The finance manager, whose name I do not have, stayed past closing time to complete all the related paperwork for the sale. There were a couple of concerns I had with the car and I was told to bring it by in the next couple of days. One of these concerns was a check engine light symbol that was on. John arranged to have me bring it into service where I met Katie Ivey. Katie informed that they wanted to drop the vehicle off at Maplewood Porsche Audi for further review. I was also given a "loaner" vehicle in the form of a new Honda Civic with 3,000 miles on it. A very nice loaner car to say the least. Audi determined the check engine light was related to a faulty torque converter. Katie arranged to have the repairs made at a transmission shop that Inver Grove Honda uses. Several days later I had the Audi back all the while I had the use of the loaner car and at no charge to me! I want to say thank you to John and Katie for their exceptional customer service and follow through with this ordeal. What could have been a terrible experience was turned into a very minor inconvenience, if even that. Based on my experience in this used car transaction I would have no problem recommending others to your dealership and look forward to the future when some day I can afford a new Honda based on my personal budget. We had told him what we were looking for and he told us he had a Honda Element that sounded like it would be a good choice for us. So we test drove it and he showed us how the seat removed or could be "hung" on the side to have lots of cargo space. My husband & I are avid bicyclist and haul our gear and bikes and wanted something easy to keep clean. And the idea of no carpeting was appealing to us. Easy to clean after a bike ride and can even store our bikes inside the vehicle if needed. Which we usually use a bike hitch but it is nice to have another option. John told us everything we needed to know about the Element. Such a great choice for us. And he went out of his way to make sure we got a fair price for our trade in. The manager of the dealership was very willing to make the deal work for us. We had thought we wouldn't be able to get the payment where we wanted without buying a Used vehcile but we came out with the 2010 Element and a payment that was where we wanted. WOW! Great working with a dealership that is willing to make a customer very satisfied and feel like reccommending their dealership to friends/family in the future. Thanks Inver Grove Heights Honda! More
