Our dealer is very friendly and patient. He answered all our questions and was very patient in helping us make decisions. The first car I looked at was a Civic hybrid with too many miles on it. The dealer contacted Toyota to let me try one of their Prius. After test driving the Prius, our dealer came back with another Civic Hybrid now with less miles and really souped up and clean. It took me another week to decide but my dealer held on to the car until i made the decision. I would hope for a better price, but I guess with the mileage, the really clean car with leather seats and navigation it's still a good deal. More

Overall, my experience was wonderful. The location was beautiful and they had the absolute best selection of vehicles of any Honda Dealer. Jamie was very friendly and helpful. My only non areas of non 5's were quality of work and price. The reason for the 4 in quality as because the upper dash lights were not working (didn't find out when purchased because it was light out) and the seal on the passanger window is not tight so when it is windy it is very loud. The reason I have a 4 on price is because we are struggling financially and I just had a gut feeling there could have been a little more leniency on the price. Overall, though the experience was great. Jaime was great, the place was very well kept up, the selection was great. I will definitely be back. More
