Tom was very warm and helpful From the minute we arrived he exhibited genuine interest and caring in meeting our needs. We were not particularly looking to buy a Honda however our experience with Tom made i he exhibited genuine interest and caring in meeting our needs. He made us very comfortable and was helpful in our process of making a decision. He has since been attentive and always checks up to see if we are pleased with the purchase and if he can do anything. I drive 45 minutes to this dealership for service when there is another Honda dealership 15 minutes away due solely on Tom's role in the purchase of the car. He is always friendly and always remembers me when I see him during service. I cannot think of purchasing a car from anyone else. More
