It was past time for a new Vehicle. I knew I wanted another Honda CR-V. The 2012 model was in a class all by its self. The gas mileage, recommendation from my mechanic and my 98 CR –V with 271,000 mile another Honda CR-V. The 2012 model was in a class all by its self. Unfortunately, I started the process with the WRONG Honda dealership. After the 3rd visit, I got nothing but sick to my stomach. I did some more research on-line and found the reviews on Inver Grove Honda but most of all on Jason Paciorek. Jason has been in the business for 39 years. I knew right away, if I was going to be able to get into this SUV, he was going to make it happen. Upon meeting Jason my expectations were fully met. In a short time, he had me in the color of vehicle I wanted, in my budget, with the assistance of Nick the finance manager and driving home in my new 2012 CR-V. Not to mention the fact that, they were happy to take my 98 CR-V as a trade in for more than the other dealership was offering. Tom was very warm and helpful From the minute we arrived he exhibited genuine interest and caring in meeting our needs. We were not particularly looking to buy a Honda however our experience with Tom made i he exhibited genuine interest and caring in meeting our needs. We were not particularly looking to buy a Honda however our experience with Tom made it an easy choice. If it were not for him we would not own a Honda today. He never was pushy or overbearing. He made us very comfortable and was helpful in our process of making a decision. He has since been attentive and always checks up to see if we are pleased with the purchase and if he can do anything. I drive 45 minutes to this dealership for service when there is another Honda dealership 15 minutes away due solely on Tom's role in the purchase of the car. He is always friendly and always remembers me when I see him during service. I cannot think of purchasing a car from anyone else. More
