Stopped in to test drive a used Honda Pilot I found on CarSoup.com. It was not exactly what I was looking for, but John suggested looking into a new Pilot. I reached John McCorkel on the phone when I saw a used Hyundai Sonata online that I was interested. He met me 30 minutes later and let me test drive it. He offered to bring it to PepBoys down the street, and since it was cheap I let them inspect it. They brought back small things that would be potential issues down the road, but John had his mechanic fix some of them. I didn't trust PepBoys to give me a solid "OK", so I brought it to a Goodyear that I trust and they told me it was the best used car inspection they've done and that I should definitely buy it. John even dropped the price a bit to make it easier on me since I'm going to college next year. He's not just trying to make a sale, he keeps his clients away from the cars that he knows they won't want. I hate when dealers try to sucker me into leases and ugly cars that no one has bought for a reason. I would really recommend getting in touch with him if you're interested in a car from here because he's not the typical annoying and sketchy car salesman. More
Your service department is a scam. On two separate occasions I have overpaid for terrible service. I tell you the problem, you say no problem. When I get my car back the problems are never fixed and y occasions I have overpaid for terrible service. I tell you the problem, you say no problem. When I get my car back the problems are never fixed and you stiff me the bill. What kind of service are you selling? I would hope a large dealership would realize that a "respectable and reliable service department" would help generate new sales and continued customers. Unfortunately you have failed to realize this, in my eyes. Never again. More
First off I would like to say that buying from this Honda Dealership/Marshall Berg, was a very easy/enjoyable experience. We drive down to pick up the car from about 1.5 hours away. After taking ownership of the car, we found a few issues, which we called up our sales guy, Marshall and he was able to get these items fixed. In fact, he drove half way to meet us and give us a rental free of charge why these items were fixed. After they were taken care of, he again drove half way, which we actually offered, since he said that he would drive all the way to our house if need be. This is the type of service and backing that we all hope for when buying from a Honda dealership. I cannot say how impressed i was with this whole process and they have made me a repeat customer when it’s time again to upgrade. Marshall Berg is one of the best sales guys I have come across and like I said, he has earned my future business hands down. Great dealership that takes care of its customers, which can be rare these days. If you’re in the market for a car then this is where I would start shopping at. Thanks. I stopped at Inver Grove Honda at the recommendation of a friend. I was looking to purchase a new vehicle that would give me more fuel efficiency than the vehicle I was driving. Due to a poor credit situation I knew I was not going to be an easy customer to satisfy. I worked with John McCorkel who talked to me about my options and was very honest and did not push me into something that I didn't need nor could afford. He was extremely friendly and helpful. When it came to financing I worked with Ann LaPointe who was excellent in understanding my credit history and my situation with my trade in. It was an outstanding experience to not feel pressured and to walk away more than satisfied with my overall experience. I ended up purchasing the last 2012 Honda Accord that Inver Grove Honda had. John met me at the showroom door, introduced himself and made me feel welcome. He listened to my car requirements and quickly located units in stock that met those requirements. When a situation arose requiring the purchase of another car than the one selected he worked with management to find better car for the same price. It was past time for a new Vehicle. I knew I wanted another Honda CR-V. The 2012 model was in a class all by its self. The gas mileage, recommendation from my mechanic and my 98 CR –V with 271,000 mile another Honda CR-V. The 2012 model was in a class all by its self. The gas mileage, recommendation from my mechanic and my 98 CR –V with 271,000 miles solidified my choice. The other important part was, I had a budget and needed to stick to it! Unfortunately, I started the process with the WRONG Honda dealership. After the 3rd visit, I got nothing but sick to my stomach. I did some more research on-line and found the reviews on Inver Grove Honda but most of all on Jason Paciorek. Jason has been in the business for 39 years. I knew right away, if I was going to be able to get into this SUV, he was going to make it happen. Upon meeting Jason my expectations were fully met. In a short time, he had me in the color of vehicle I wanted, in my budget, with the assistance of Nick the finance manager and driving home in my new 2012 CR-V. Not to mention the fact that, they were happy to take my 98 CR-V as a trade in for more than the other dealership was offering. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, do yourself a favor. Go to Inver Grove Honda and see Jason. You will NOT be disappointed. More

We had been to several car dealerships looking for a used car to replace our van. After checking out InverGrove Honda, we ended our search. The car dealer associate we worked for, Jason Paciored, had the car we were interested in, washed and ready to take for a test drive when we got there. From then on it just got better. We were made to feel special the minute we walked in the door. This was by far the best experience we've ever had dealing with cars. Hats off to Jason and InverGrove Honda for their excellent expertise in salesmanship and friendliness. More
