Always a Great Experience I've been dealing with their service department for 5+ years now and have always been pleased with the work that was done and the service I received. I've been dealing with their service department for 5+ years now and have always been pleased with the work that was done and the service I received. I have a 2008 Honda Element and it had had some brake issues but the dealership went out of its way to make things right for me and bit the bullet for a few things. I now try to work with Chris Cooley who is an advisor there. He is a former mechanic and is very knowledgeable and even more friendly and honest. I highly recommend this service department and I recommend Chris Cooley even more. More

Bryan Mickolichek is the Man! On a whim my husband and I decided to look on-line for a specific Honda Accord with all of our wants. Inver Grove Honda had just the car, we called l On a whim my husband and I decided to look on-line for a specific Honda Accord with all of our wants. Inver Grove Honda had just the car, we called last minute and were connected to Bryan! From the very beginning he was personable and accommodating. We arrived about 1 hour before closing on a Friday night, he took his time, answered all of our questions, and went to bat for us when we negotiated a price. John McCorkel, who did our financing, was also amazing in working with us, fully explaining everything and getting the deal done. After all was said and done we noticed a small dent on the trunk, Bryan assured us that he would work hard to have it repaired. He also took extra time to help us sync our phones with the car and go over the other electronic functions. We ended up leaving around 9:00 pm, long after they both were slated to leave but you would have never known given the constant attention and quality customer service that he and John displayed. We are very excited about our new car and will be telling our family and friends about this experience. More

Exceeded expectations! We went in looking for a used vehicle for our daughter. Moe Mahmoud went above and beyond what was expected to help us find the perfect car for her. He went out of his way to fix any problems and made sure everything was perfect. When we picked up the car it had a bow on it for our daughter and he offered to take pictures for her and everything. The service was amazing and we were blown away by Moe's dedication, friendliness, and knowledge. We would recommend him to anyone! Definitely a pleasant experience. We would love to see him again!
