Called in advance to see if the vehicle was still available and was told by an Evelyn that it was here and was not sold. I live a mile away from Buerkle Honda and trav To start, hands down, Inver Grove Honda is the best dealership in Minnesota to buy a Honda ... PERIOD! I live a mile away from Buerkle Honda and travel to Inver Grove Honda instead because the customer service and car buying experience is second to none at Inver Grove Honda. Most importantly, Julye Davidson and Kari Skarman are incredible! By far, they offer the best purchasing experiencing that you will ever encounter when shopping for a Honda. This past Saturday, we purchased our 2nd car from Julye and the experience was even better than when we bought our Odyssey from her in 2013. To summarize, I basically "killed" our 1999 Honda Civic that had well over 250,000 on it and was still running well. Feeling that we lost a great family friend in our 1999 Civic, we were feeling quite hopeless not knowing what to do for a replacement for our Civic. After thinking through our options, I hopped online and chatted with Kari Skarman and informed her of our situation. She informed us that Inver Grove Honda was having great deals on new 2015 Civics that weekend to the point that they were at or below the price of some of the used cars on the lot. After speaking with Julye last minute (it was past 4:00 PM on Saturday), she said that she would stay so that we could look at the Civics and figure out options. We basically pulled up shop, got all the kids in the Odyssey and headed down to Inver Grove Honda as fast as we legally could go. When we arrived, Julye and Kari both greeted us, calmed our nerves (we were sort of frazzled after what occurred to 1999 Civic) and showed us our option in new 2015 Civics ... all while being super professional and acting as if we were their best customers ever. We were treated like valued customers throughout the entire process. As always, that is the way Julye and Kari treat all their customers (saw it first hand after we were finished purchasing our new Civic) and that is the reason why we will always purchase our vehicles from Inver Grove Honda. Julye Davidson, Kari Skarman and the Inver Grove Honda sales team make the car buying experience the way it should be and is supposed to be. Again, they offer the best car buying experience in Minnesota ... hands down! More
