I was driving around this dealership looking for a replacement for my BMW and didn't see any car I wanted but I knew I wanted a used Honda. So I parked and started to go inside because sometimes there's vehicles that are being inspected to be sold and not onsite as I was walking in a gal was on her cell phone and was done with her call and she asked me if i have been helped and I replied not yet and she stated I can help you. This sales gal, Laura G, found a Certified used Honda that is in mint condition. Her communication is very professional , her knowledge of all options and accessories is outstanding.. I made an appointment more than a week ago for an oil change at Inver Grove Honda, I got there and checked in by 1:35 pm, waited in their waiting area. By 3:30 pm I checked with one of the agent and was change at Inver Grove Honda, I got there and checked in by 1:35 pm, waited in their waiting area. By 3:30 pm I checked with one of the agent and was told technician is finishing up with my. It took them more than 2 hours to complete an oil change on my car. I find that Unacceptable and they took ridiculously long for just an oil change on my car with an appointment. More
