Everyone on the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They helped me purchase mats for my Honda CRV while I was there for an oil change. I did not have an appointment but they managed to ge courteous. They helped me purchase mats for my Honda CRV while I was there for an oil change. Evelyn in sales was fine to work with - it was John in finance that soured the car-buying experience for me. John was condescending and made a comment about how I chose the “cosmetic” add-ons instead of finance that soured the car-buying experience for me. John was condescending and made a comment about how I chose the “cosmetic” add-ons instead of the extended warranty. He wouldn’t stop talking and shared too much about his co-worker’s life in a negative way, it was uncomfortable and awkward to listen to. Complaints about the printer or music playing often included mild expletives such as “xxxx” or “xxxx” which is not offensive to me but felt very unprofessional. He obviously seemed to have better things to do. I can’t help but wonder if his demeanor would have been different had he been dealing with a man instead of two women, as he was subtly disrespectful and not friendly. Overall, he was helpful with financing even though he was definitely being judgmental about my choices. More
