My 2020 Explorer purchase from Inver Grove Ford, has been a great experience! A Wonderful Salesman, Solomon, listened carefully to my wants in an SUV, and found the perfect match for me! Catrina in Finance, did my finance paperwork with me - she is super efficient, but wants to be sure that the customer understands what they are signing, integrity, is a big quality I see in this Finance Manager!!! During my first maintenance and oil change, the service department, Alex and other service people, found and fixed some parts, and even though the bill would have been over $1500, I paid only, $100!!! Wow!!! Inver Grove Ford, has many wonderful qualities, but one top one is they want their customers to be safe, they worked hard to find why my service light stayed on, and thank goodness they did!!!
