Inver Grove Ford Lincoln

2017 F150 with 58,000 miles has vibration at highway speeds. Another ford dealer installed the tires and when vibration brought to the other dealers attention, they told me it is normal. Inver grove for speeds. Another ford dealer installed the tires and when vibration brought to the other dealers attention, they told me it is normal. Inver grove ford diagnosed it and said it is the tires/wheels but did the road force balance and said it is much better. When I picked truck up it was doing the same thing and brought back to Inver grove ford. They say they are confident it is a tire issue and go back to another ford dealer and have them diagnose it at another fee. The ford dealers need to work together so the end user being the customer has a good product and not be pushed back and forth between dealerships. Not happy with Ford service at this time and will be looking at other trucks in the near future and it will likely not be a Ford product if this is the best they can do. Very dissatisfied. More
