I've spent a LOT of money at their service department on my truck. I quit going there for service because it was so freaking expensive. I was having issues with my 2001 VW Jetta leaking power steering fluid. I made an appointment and was greeted by Bryan who was welcoming and made the experience less intimidating. Although he was not sure what the problem was, he assured me they would find out and call me with the details. In a few hours Bryan called me back with the news and thank goodness they were able to fix it the same day! Minimal down time for me (thanks to the courtesy shuttle) and to my surprise, the repair didn't break my wallet. I have since taken my car back in for new brakes and added snow tires to the car to get ready for winter. I really trust the whole crew at Inver Grove Ford. More
