My initial visit was to see what I could get for trade in on my old Escape and what used vehicles were available. Cole listened to my "wish list" of what I was looking for and showed me both used and new on my old Escape and what used vehicles were available. He helped get my phone set up with the Sync and helped get all my stuff out of my old vehicle. Catrina was great and made the financing process a breeze! When we came to pick up our new Escape, we waited in the lounge. It was very comfortable, complete with access to internet and refreshments if we wanted them.
