We have purchased 9 Transit Connects from Inver Grove Ford. Our Salesman, Jim Rued, is fantastic to work with! We are in the service business, and quite often don't give Jim much heads up when we have a vehicle need. He has always gone to great lengths to find the vehicle that meets our needs. Once he has the vehicle in his sights, he sets up the custom aspects of our vehicles so we can start generating income right away when he drops off the vehicle. I wouldn't consider going any place else for our Ford purchases. Service Department understands every hour our vehicles are being serviced, we are not able to provide service for our customers, and get the vehicle back on the road in an efficient manner. Excellent service all around. More

The week before Memorial Day I agreed to purchase a 2013 Ford Explorer from Inver Grove Ford. Dan Lemmenes said they were doing a dealer trade and the vehicle I choose would be trailered back to Inver Grov Ford Explorer from Inver Grove Ford. Dan Lemmenes said they were doing a dealer trade and the vehicle I choose would be trailered back to Inver Grove. I specifically told Dan that I was getting rid of my vehicle on Thursday, May 31 so I would need to pick up my new vehicle that same day or Friday, June 1st. He said that was no problem. I called him on Wednesday, May 30th and he said the other dealer was still deciding which car they would trade, but he never indicated there was a problem on picking up my new vehicle on Thursday or Friday. I called Dan to find out when I could pick up my new vehicle. He called me back and said the other dealer sold it. Dan said he would try to find another one for me. When I said I wanted to talk to my husband to figure what we should do, Dan's curt response was, "I thought you told me he didn't care which vehicle you get??" Like I wasn't suppose to talk to my husband about this predicament Dan put us in! I reminded Dan that I was very specific that I needed the new vehicle on Thursday or Friday since I was getting rid of my other vehicle Thursday morning. I told him I would've waited to get rid of my vehicle if I knew there was a problem on the trade. He just didn't care! Funny thing is, I had another dealer check the stock number on the vehicle that was "on hold" for me and it was sold earlier that week. Dan dropped the ball big time and didn't even care how it affected me. I would never recommend using him to purchase a car. More
