I told him up front I was looking at a number of vehicles and other than offering suggestions on what to look for he did not badmouth the other vehicles I was considering. Once I had ordered a vehicle and while I waited for it to arrive he continued to provide excellent service answering more questions and keeping me up to date on the process.
