The finance person I worked with, Catrina Coker, found a better finance rate than I had been able to and there was no high pressure sales tactics regarding options or extended warranties. Again a better than usual experience with that as well. (Thank you Dan, Tom and Catrina!) Too many times, once you drive off the lot that's the last time you'll hear from the dealership. Not with Inver Grove Ford Lincoln. I received follow-up from Dan, and Tom confirming I was happy with the service I'd received and to ask if I had any questions. Their Business Development Manager, Kristine Steinbruckner, had set up a Saturday morning class, which I was told is a regular event at this dealership, so you can meet the service department and have any questions about your vehicle or Sync answered. It was very helpful and you could tell the service department took pride in what they do. This might be the first dealership I'll actually go to for oil changes because they offer a shuttle to drop you at work. More

After leaving the service bay, on this late Friday afternoon, we llooked through the lot and found 1 car that had everything I wanted!
