After speaking with him at length about the service issue, I feel confident that the problem has been resolved, and I left the dealership feeling much better than when I went there. R.J. was very accommodating in helping to resolve the problem, and my trust in the dealership was restored. More

I saw the exact car I wanted which was a Ford Fusion in the blue flame color. He took me for a test drive and was thorough in telling me about the car. He made me feel comfortable and I was offered a decent price. I sat down with Chad Port to go over the financing and he was very helpful in walking me through the process step by step and making sure I fully understood everything. He and his manager, Tom Lisle, worked with me to offer a fair deal that I felt good about signing on the dotted line for. The finance person I worked with, Catrina Coker, found a better finance rate than I had been able to and there was no high pressure sales tactics regarding options or extended warranties. Again a better than usual experience with that as well. (Thank you Dan, Tom and Catrina!) Too many times, once you drive off the lot that's the last time you'll hear from the dealership. Not with Inver Grove Ford Lincoln. I received follow-up from Dan, and Tom confirming I was happy with the service I'd received and to ask if I had any questions. Their Business Development Manager, Kristine Steinbruckner, had set up a Saturday morning class, which I was told is a regular event at this dealership, so you can meet the service department and have any questions about your vehicle or Sync answered. It was very helpful and you could tell the service department took pride in what they do. This might be the first dealership I'll actually go to for oil changes because they offer a shuttle to drop you at work. More
