Eric took charge of the situation, explained the steps that were going to necessary, made sure that the part was ordered and that I was contacted when it arrived. All the way through the entire process he was courteous and friendly and turned what would most people would consider a negative service event into a positive one. I had been considering buying a used vehicle from one of the local independent dealers, but instead returned the next day and purchased my vehicle from Inver Grove Ford. More
