I’ve had a few encounters with car troubles and called Inver Grove Ford because it’s very close to my work. From day one the customer service and service department was awesome! As for my buying experience at Inver Grove Ford Lincoln It was phenomenal! I made an appointment with a sales representative because they were having a buyback promotion. I knew what vehicle I wanted, the terms I wanted, the monthly payment I wanted. The vehicles that I was looking for were not available so my sales representative did some figures on a couple similar SUV’s but the figures were just a little too high for me from there I was going to end my visit And contact me when they get more vehicles in. At the last minute my sales representative asked me to look at a vehicle that might interest me, I said sure why not. Needless to say I did not expect to drive home in a Lincoln MKX that day! So I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to JIM JESSEN for making this happen. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, He knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and he wasn’t pushy just to get a sale. He truly is a great sale Consultant! I highly recommend Jim Jennsen! Braden was wonderful and extremely patient with us. We were looking for a specific make and model of car and NOT the easiest customers to deal with and he handled it perfectly.
