The worst dealership I have ever seen. They tried charging me 4 times what all other local ford dealerships quoted me because I had it towed there. I had it towed 2 hours to my local shop. I bought a 2021 F-150 a few weeks ago. Raphael was the sales rep that I worked with. He sent me a personal video of the truck I was interested in. I was late to my appointment with him and another family sales rep that I worked with. He sent me a personal video of the truck I was interested in. I was late to my appointment with him and another family arrived for their appointment. He never missed a beat going back and forth between me and his other customer. He was straight forward, knowledgeable, and attentive when I was speaking. The way he interacted with me, my wife, and 7yr old was like he was a family friend. I never haggled the price. I chose to pay sticker because the experience warranted it. Since I have bought 3 major accessories and will continue to bring my business there. More
