I'd give the dealership a 20 if I could. I have worked with IGF for over 30 years, and they never disappoint. They go above and beyond from service , sales, and finance, all are excellent. I recently worked with Tim Corcoran, turning in my leased Edge to upgrade into a Lincoln Corsair. Tim made the process very simple. He gave me suggestions and options, and we found exactly what I wanted. He was very patient explaining all the new features of the Corsair. Tim connected my phone and set up various apps that I would need. I drove away with confidence that I fully understood my new vehicle. Tim then introduced me to Sarah Kane in Finance who quickly and efficiently helped me through the necessary paperwork. I also met Kelsey Flower, the Lincoln Ambassador, who has already helped me with a service situation. My vehicle had a loose wire which Ben in Service fixed immediately. I am overwhelmed by the quick and friendly service that I have received the last couple days since I obtained my Corsair. I have nothing but great things to say about Inver Grove Ford Lincoln. More
