Scott the Service Manager called, said bad wiring to starter from battery and bad battery. Estimate was $500. I said you are not fixing it. I had it towed via AAA auto to Capital Honda, Olympia. The part was ordered and available the next day at 7:30 AM. The mechanic started the work and was done after 8 pm. Total cost was $177 parts and labor plus battery tested good and is noted on on the repair order. I'm never going back to Aberdeen Honda. It is a very DISHONEST dealership. Frank M.... More

I was turning in a leased civic and purchasing a brand new one. I thought it would take all day but he had me in and out in about 2 hours. They completely took care of taking in my leased car and returning it. I never had to deal with the leased car again after the day I turned it over to them. My car came with a lifetime powertrain warranty and I've since had to call them a few times to ask questions making sure I'm following the maintenance guidelines. He's always been very helpful and I've never hung up with out having my answers. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a car in the area. More
Dishonesty, Horrible experience took my car in for a full detail. ($149.00) When dropping my car off I realized that I had change (coins) sitting in the console between the two front seats. I really thought I should probably grab that, but figured that it would probably be ok, didn't think people still stole change from consoles since you really can't buy much with it these days anyway! Apparently I was very wrong to assume this! I picked my car up the next day and saw that they stole all my silver change and left the pennies! I figured I just paid a very cheap "stupid tax" and headed home. My car did LOOK good but had a weird smell to it (like rotten milk). After 2 days the smell go so bad I had to drive to work with my windows open! I called Honda and told the service dept about the smell and figured i'd let them know about my change that was missing. (Figured they would want to know there was a thief working for them) The guy that answered the phone said his name was Jake and that he was the manager and he was sorry the change was taken (after a slight chuckle) and to go ahead and bring the car back in so they can try to get the smell out. My son ended up taking the car back in a few days later. When he went to pick it up, Jake actually said to my son with a smile and a chuckle "your mom was kinda pissed about the change missing huh?" I have had to pay for my car to be cleaned by someone else to finally get the smell out. I will NEVER do business with Aberdeen Honda again, and have told everyone that will listen about my experience there. (Thieves are not tolerated by most no matter how large or small the theft might be!) More
I took my car in to have the water pump replaced. They said there were problems starting the car because the plugs were fouled with oil. We never had any trouble starting the car until they opened it up. said there were problems starting the car because the plugs were fouled with oil. We never had any trouble starting the car until they opened it up. Approximately 150 miles later the car stalled and would only barely start and ran very erratically. We had it towed to a local garage where they had to do $1200 worth of work to clean out and replace parts damaged by heavy oil flow. I have no doubt this was caused by the "certified" mechanics who knew the car would soon be back in their shop where they had just successfully created more business for themselves. Of course they "found" the issue and documented it, so I have no recourse. Everyone talks about finding a mechanic you can trust... DON'T LOOK AT ABERDEEN HONDA! More
