When I was almost home after your work on my F250, I got a low tire indication. Apparently when you rotated the tires, you failed to check the pressure. The fronts were put on the back and the backs on the a low tire indication. Apparently when you rotated the tires, you failed to check the pressure. The fronts were put on the back and the backs on the front....the fronts should be 60psi and the backs 75 psi. However what you left me with was back tires at 60 psi and fronts at 75!! Hence the low pressure signal! PAYMENT: I had points I planned to use-no one told me in advance that you charge 3.5% to use a credit card. I did not bring a check book nor did I have $1200 in cash on me, so the points I earned (were less than I was told online) and the points were negated by your credit card charge. This e-mail went to my husband. I have tried to get you to change notifications to my e-mail but that has not been successful either. Your service personnel are pleasant-that is the only reason I gave 3 stars! More
