Great Customer Service Jeff has been great to work with and we have been doing business here for several years with him as our advisor. He gets it done for us every time and Jeff has been great to work with and we have been doing business here for several years with him as our advisor. He gets it done for us every time and really knows his stuff. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen to his customers and really strives to provide great service and ensures that he delivers what he promises. As an aside but worth noting - This week, my daughter took her car in and she had left a pretty decent amount of cash in her car in plain sight. When I picked it up, though I did not know she had done this, I have to say I was pretty impressed to see that all of the cash was still there in the car untouched after being there for 2 days. Once again, this little act is one of many great experiences here, but it speaks volumes about how this dealership does business. More
Oil Change Rip-Off So I take in my Ford for an oil change along with the coupon they sent me. The coupon says that for $39.95 you get The Works (synthetic blend oil, tir So I take in my Ford for an oil change along with the coupon they sent me. The coupon says that for $39.95 you get The Works (synthetic blend oil, tire rotation, brake inspection and so on). Go to pay after the work is done and the bill is $47.41. After questioning about the up-charge the service manger tells me the synthetic blend oil was more expensive. I point out to him that the coupon price included a "synthetic blend oil change". Now get this...he tells me I got the "Special" synthetic blend oil. Couldn't see arguing with a guy who is intent of ripping me off and makes up the rules as he goes. Looks like they are more concerned with Profits than they are with customer service. More

Wrong. This service department never really even did any true diagnosis to find the problem. We waited for 2-1/2 hours in waiting room (they are in the middle of nowhere) for them to come out and say water pump is leaking, $500.00 for the repair but we can't get parts until late today. I am thinking, really? you are a Ford dealer and you cant' get a part for half a day? In TX the ford dealers get parts within hours!!!! They ushered me back and gave me my key and said the van was waiting out side and good luck. Never even gave me a chance to say yes or no to the repair. Just basically asked me to leave them alone and go somewhere else. Called a friend in Denver asking for a shop referral. He sent me to Southwest Automotive in Littleton. Southwest didn't trust the Ford dealer diagnosis and took the time to dig down and find the actual leak. We barely had enough time to walk to a restaurant and back for lunch and they had the leaking hose located over the water pump replaced and we were on the road again. $200.00 parts labor and replacement coolant and DONE!!!! More
Typical Corporate Mechanic After in depth research, for a Ford service center, to have my wife's 2013 Ford Escape worked on I chose Interstate Ford, due to the great reviews, af After in depth research, for a Ford service center, to have my wife's 2013 Ford Escape worked on I chose Interstate Ford, due to the great reviews, after all I have a Ford service center 5 min. from my house and elected to drive 45 min. to have our vehicle worked on. We had scheduled an appointment to have the engine splice recall work done and also transmission warranty work. Engine splice work was completed the next day; however, the transmission was a different story. Note; we have only had our vehicle since May 2014 we purchased it with 41,000 miles and currently has 51,000 mi. Long story short 3 weeks later our transmission was rebuilt and we went to pick it up from Interstate Ford, car drove home great, everything seemed fine. Next day, less 16 hrs later my wife goes to start the vehicle and to go to work, car wont start. So I leave work early to head home and try and find out what the problem is. Battery has full charge, and car wont start. Tried jumping, no go. Called Interstate Ford explained the situation, how they had just work on it etc. what they had done, they had Ford's roadside service come tow the vehicle back to Int. Ford. I called them the next business day and asked if they figured what the problem was, their service advisors Jeff and Adriane both said your starter went out, you'll need a new starter. I stated, you guy's will take care it of right??? it must of have been something to do with the work you guys were doing on the vehicle, I wasn't born over night. They resumed to reiterate that they didn't work on anything that had to do with the starter. I stated once again I know your mechanics disconnected the battery and the starter to work the transmission. No we weren't working on it or have any reason to mess with the starter. So, I asked how much is a new starter, $540. What?!! you got to be kidding me. After talking to Jeff and explaining to him my concerns and reasoning he agreed to meet me halfway. I told him to forget about it, I'll have a tow truck on the way and towed it to an honest family friend's auto shop. Within ten minutes of the car getting there, he called me and told me the starter was loose and he had gave it 2 full turns and it started right up. This is exactly why mechanics have bad reps and honestly I'm not sure how these service advisor's sleep at night with their self conscious. I have never gotten online and written a review about anything, but today is a first! sadly I'm sure I'm not the only they have tried to fool or take advantage of. And to be honest with ya I'm sure the other reviews are very biased. More

Best Experience With FORD I have given my experience at Interstate Ford all 5's because of one individual - Adrien Medina. From my initial phone call into him, not only was he I have given my experience at Interstate Ford all 5's because of one individual - Adrien Medina. From my initial phone call into him, not only was he friendly, but he assured me he would be able to take care of me and my vehicle. The entire time he had my vehicle, he made sure I knew what was going on with it. When I came to pick it up, all the issues I had with it were taken care of - it was like I had just bought a new car! I couldn't believe it! Adrien's customer service was the best I have ever seen at a car dealership. I truly mean it! Sometimes you never know what you are going to get when you go to a dealership, but I never felt that way with Adrien. He was confident he could take care of the issues and it is a huge relief to not have to spend thousands like I thought I would! I will never go to another FORD dealership and will let everyone I know how great of an experience I had with Adrien. He's a loyal employee and dedicated to making customers happy. I cannot thank him enough! More

Truck ran great .But 2 fuel injectors went bad .So back to the shop and now the Truck is running may be better than it ever has.I liked it so much I put a wax job on it.I am looking foreward to the next I hope alot of miles with out any thing going wrong.But if it does I would go back to Interstate Ford in Dacono Co.We live close to each other.Thats nice to. I went to Interstate Ford in Dacono Co. Had a talk with the Service Advisor Adrien Medina.Now I am all freeked out that it might be more than that .But he said the right stuff and i trusted what he had said.I then had my truck towed over there Thursday.Adrien said he would try and get it in Friday ,Saturdayor Monday all good day for me.I get Home from work FRIDAY and on the answering machine was a call from Interstate Ford and I My Truck was DONE.WOW.Now HAPPY is an understatment .I asked for the TECH. name who is TECH. SCOTT MORGAN. I will be going back there Monday and Thank him for doing a Great job.I have had nothing but Good things to say about this place .I bought the truck there had a blast. Parts dept. I get the part needed and imformation that I need to instale it.And It was a Far Price no the work done. More
On a winter day, I ended up with a flat tire due to a nail. As a home health nurse, I had a full day of visiting clients but due to the flat tire it was possible that I would not be able to visit everyo nail. The service department not only looked at the tire, they attempted to fill it with air before they saw the nail, and then they were kind enough to put on my spare since they could not repair the hole in my tire - AND they did this free of charge.
