Over the top service. I brought my F-350 in with an electronic problem. Of course I needed it back right away for a trip I had been planning for quite some time. Desperate We were traveling from Arizona with our 87 year old motherinlaw, our daughter and granddaughter when we started smelling burnt oil. When my husband checked he noticed the rear bearings were bad and ready to break so we pulled right in Interstate ford dealership and when we told adrien medina the service adviser about it he immediately came out and checked the car out. At first he said they were booked and couldn't get us in till Monday, but when I explained how I wanted to be home by a certain date he rearranged his schedule with other customers and took us right in. He even traveled a hour and a half to pick up an axle for our car. I can't thank him and his mechanics for everything they did for us. They went beyond what they had to to help us. Again I owe them a world of thanks and they were the most helpful staff that I have ever met. Thanks again, The McCasland Family. More

Oil Change I received a coupon for an oil change at the dealership and scheduled to have one done. When I arrived the lady working service, summer, checked us in I received a coupon for an oil change at the dealership and scheduled to have one done. When I arrived the lady working service, summer, checked us in and then I said I had the coupon and was not sure if she needed it then or at time of payment. She then said "we don't need your coupon, thats just the cost of the oil change" in a very condescending tone. It was very uncomfortable and made me rethink bringing my car back. Walking into a dealership as a female is a very itimidating anyway but to have rude service makes it worse. I was very thankful for my payment service , Jeff I believe was his name, was very nice and reviewed my info and made the experience much better. More
