Poor service I dropped my Van off on a Tuesday. Was told all repairs and my oil change service would be completed By Friday. I picked up my Van on Saturday so I co I dropped my Van off on a Tuesday. Was told all repairs and my oil change service would be completed By Friday. I picked up my Van on Saturday so I could return to Work on Monday. None of the work was performed on my van. Parts were onsite as they were ordered 2-3weeks prior to me dropping off my van. The service advisor that was there said that he would have the Sevice manager contact me and I have never heard from them. I will look into a different Dealership for my Van's sevice and repairs. I went back in later and told them to hold off and Josh said that's okay we had to order the parts anyway and when I asked for a diagnosis sheet he just wrote down on a piece of paper the part number. I decided to take it to a friend who has a way better resume than any mechanic that works there. And owns his own performance shop in Evans and he diagnosed it withturbo oil feed line which came out to be $900, Ford tried scamming me for $2,800 more. They are a rip-off, liars, and are crooks ,do not believe them . More
