Customer Service is amazing I have purchased multiple vehicles at Interstate Ford and have always been treated great. I also get my vehicles serviced there and had an interesting inquiry. I had a check slip into the front console and needed to get it back but did not want to break anything by doing it myself. They helped me at no charge and with that kindness that I have come to appreciate so much. If you are in the market to buy a Ford or get one serviced I would definitely recommend Interstate Ford. I have been to numerous other dealers that pressure people and treat them badly at the service desk. Thank you Josh for your help! More

Not Happy, but not a common experience at Interstate Ford I have taken my Truck from Longmont to Interstate Ford since it's purchase at Longmont Ford. They have taken care of me and my truck every time.... right up until my last visit. For that visit, they earned one star on this review. Bad news for them; This time they sent me a survey, so I'm going to take advantage of that old saying about how many people an unhappy customer will tell... My truck needed a routine service, and I had a specific issue resolved. Rather than just doing a key-drop, I made an effort to show the Service Advisor a video of the specific issue I was having. He called a Technician to come in and view the video. That left me with confidence that my major problem would be resolved as usual. I left my truck for over a week. Out of town, I received a phone call asking if they could have a few more days to track down the issue. As I wouldn't be home for another 5 or 6 days this wasn't a problem at all. I asked what progress was made on the issue at hand, and did receive a follow up phone call assuring me they'd have it taken care of. After 2 weeks I arrived to find that they'd fixed a problem that I didn't have. Not a single person seemed to know anything about the issue I had requested be resolved. As for the problem I described in detail, and provided a video, and made several calls to check on the progress, well that went from bad to worse. I got into an argument with the Manager that the issue I was having wasn't related to Ford. She maintained that this was a Third Party Issue, and it wasn't her service departments' problem to resolve in the first place. Fortunately after the Wicked Witch left (walked away with her nose in the air), a very helpful person pulled up the records kept by Ford, about my Ford, and found the Ford part number for the Ford item installed at THIS Ford dealership. Of course Interstate Ford did find ANOTHER problem that Longmont Ford overlooked, and fixed it without even asking, or charging me. Now I just need to find another week where I don't need my only means of transportation. I still have faith in Interstate Ford. Let's hope my next review will be a 5 star review. More

I trust their work and their word when it comes to my vehicle and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and professional dealership and service center. I will definitely be coming to Interstate in the future, even though I have a different Ford dealership only 5 minutes from my house. With amazing people on staff like Josh it’s clear to me that the customer service at Interstate cannot be beat and is well worth the 45 minute drive! Thank you for all your help! More

We were very pleased with our truck and were anxious to activate the 3 month free trial of Sirius Radio, as we had that service in our previous vehicle. After signing up with Sirius, I kept getting the error code "Antenna Malfunction". I stopped by the dealership and I then spoke to the Salesperson Daniel Snider, who helped me set up an appointment with the Service Dept for the following Monday.. The service writer (I decline to name that employee) told me I could NOT wait for the truck, as was indicated when the appointment was made. I made yet another appointment for when I could drop my vehicle on Sunday for a Monday appointment. I arrived Monday to pick up my truck and the service had NOT been done. THAT"S WHEN ADRIEN STEPPED IN! He made sure that my oil change happened immediately and told me he would schedule that Sirius service as soon as he could provide me with the next Courtesy Vehicle available. I had almost given up, but Adrian restored my faith in the service department and went above and beyond my expectations! I am not only enjoying my truck and my Sirius radio, but I enjoy knowing that Adrien is now my "go-to-guy" and I will always have great service.from Interstate! More

I had to have routine servicing done on my new F150 on a Saturday due to not being able to bring it in during the work week. Although I wasn't expecting the service department to be able to complete a recall servicing on a Saturday, Josh and his team went above and beyond. They not only took care of the routine maintenance, but the recall servicing as well. Additionally, Josh had some great advice and information on how I could improve my gas mileage, which I really appreciated since the F150 can be a gas guzzler, especially when used for towing. Interstate Ford's service department is top notch and I will be back for future servicing, even though I bought my truck elsewhere. More

Its always been an incredibly enjoyable and great time purchasing from Interstate Ford. Stacia And Q have both been exceptional. Josh with service recently delivered incredible customer service during a bummer of a breakdown on my truck. Vehicles break but they were able to get the truck looked at on Saturday and fixed Tuesday morning. I can only assume the new building which is under construction will only improve the already enjoyable experiences I have had. More
